On Tuesday April 25, Filip Springer, author of History of a Disappearance: The Story of a Forgotten Polish Town, will appear at the UIC Polish Studies Annual Hejna Conference to give a presentation with translator Sean Gasper Bye on his work. The event is free and open to the public, although registration is encouraged.
