Iranian author Javad Djavahery will present and read from his astonishing English-language debut, My Part of Her, at the Los Angeles Public Library, Westwood Branch.

Celebrated Iranian novelist and short story writer Javad Djavahery was forced to leave Iran, settling in France as a political refugee at the age of twenty, and is now based in Paris. Djavahery has produced several films and writes screenplays and fiction. He has two short story collections in Persian and two novels in French. My Part of Her is his English-language debut.
