Shelley Fairweather-Vega
Shelley Fairweather-Vega is a professional translator in Seattle, Washington, working with literary, academic, legal, and political texts from Russia and Central Asia. She holds degrees in international relations from Johns Hopkins University and in Russian, East European, and Central Asian Studies from the University of Washington. As a translator, she is especially interested in the intersection of culture and politics. Shelley runs FairVega Translations and FairVega Russian Library Services.
