On Saturday April 30, Restless Books publisher Ilan Stavans will appear at the PEN World Voices Festival event "Neruda in Cuba" with Adam Feinstein.

Two leading authorities on Pablo Neruda examine the impact of the celebrated 1966 PEN Literary Congress in New York on Neruda’s relationship with Cuba at the height of the Cold War, as well as the life and work of one of the greatest poets.
