Deadline Extended for the Restless Books Prize for New Immigrant Writing

In this time of crisis, our thoughts go out especially to immigrant communities and other marginalized groups around the world, who need our help more than ever. We will continue to champion the contributions of immigrants through our Prize for New Immigrant Writing, and we're extending the submissions window by a month, to May 1. In the meantime, we hope that you're all able to focus on taking care of yourselves and your loved ones. We're holding tight for warmer, calmer days.
As a reminder: the Restless Books Prize for New Immigrant Writing awards $10,000 and publication to an outstanding debut work by a first-generation immigrant. This year we’re seeking works of fiction—either novels or book-length short-story collections—from extraordinary new voices in literature.
